Work Management

Maximo Work order tracking application helps to track all types of work both planned and unplanned such as EM, PM, CM and Inspection from Planning- Approval- InProgress status until Closure. It allows user to create, change, track and print work orders. This application is internally integrated with human resources module to get required skilled resources to perform the work. The required materials and tools can be viewed and reserved directly from this application which can be picked up later from store to perform the work. It has the capability to order unavailable parts from supplier and can be delivered to the work site directly. External labor actual efforts can be sent to other financial system for payment processing through easy integration methods.


Supply Chain Management

Using Purchase module procurement department can track all the purchase related transactions of Materials/Services/Tools from raising requisition, receiving quotation, evaluating vendor, issuing purchase order, receiving the materials and invoicing. Receiving application helps to receive the ordered materials / services and track the quantity whether it is fully received, partially and rejected


Inventory Management

The inventory module helps the business to reduces the inventory cost, maximize the availability of spare parts, automate the purchase requisition based on reorder point setting and track the inventory of items/materials within and across the organization. Inventory usage application within Inventory module helps to track issues, returns and transfer of every single item which are checked in and out of site storeroom. Inventory replenishment can be done using reorder function.


Condition Monitoring

Condition monitoring application in Maximo adopt predict maintenance approach to predict the failure based on the setting of the limits against asset performance or measurement value or characteristics of an asset. The data collected either manually or real time used to analyze the health of the asset and detect faults and anomalies. It sends alert messages/mails to the inspector or maintenance crew to notify about the performance of the asset by setting up upper/lower warning limits against each of the measurement point. The system generates the preventive inspection or maintenance work order automatically when the measured data reaches the action limit value, which helps the organization to identify the potential problems in advance, and minimize the unplanned downtime. With its seamless integration with IoT platform, one can bring real time measurement point data into Maximo.

Asset Performance Management

IBM Maximo APM is a predict maintenance solution uses the Machine learning algorithms which predict the failure of the asset before it occurs also enables the maintenance crew to take corrective action beforehand. It helps to optimize the cost of the preventive maintenance by analyzing the asset information and sensor data which helps the maintenance manager to take the right decision on the capital investment.
